What’s the strangest request you’ve ever had from a diner?  No comeback sauce or bacon on a Pepperjack Gyro.

What’s the best part about being a chef? Making something that people enjoy

What’s the most challenging part of being a chef? Keeping up with the constantly changing food industry.

If not a chef in the Pine Belt, what city would you like to work in? Hydra, Greece (it’s the most peaceful place in the world)

What’s your favorite “guilty pleasure” food? Any and all kinds of mac and cheese.
